Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days (depending on location).
  • Express Shipping (if available): Delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship across India (specify if international shipping is available).
  • For remote or out-of-service locations, additional delivery time may apply.

Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Larger furniture items may be shipped in multiple boxes or require special handling.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities, holidays).
  • We will keep you informed if your delivery is expected to be delayed.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with pictures.
  • Claims for damaged/missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Furniture Delivery Notes

  • For large furniture, ensure that the delivery location (doorways, stairways, lifts) can accommodate the item size.
  • Assembly (if required) will be mentioned on the product page. Some furniture may arrive pre-assembled.
