Return & Refund Policy

At SNACCC, every piece is crafted and quality-checked with great care. We follow a strict No Return/No Refund policy except in the following cases:

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

  • You have received a damaged product.
  • You have received the wrong item from your order.

Conditions for Claim

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp, with:
    • Order number.
    • Clear photos/videos showing the damage or incorrect product.
  2. The product must be unused and in its original packaging until we arrange inspection/collection.
  3. Our team will verify your claim before approving a replacement or refund.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor colour/texture variations due to the screen or the handmade nature of the product.
  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation.

Process for Replacement/Refund

  • If approved, we will ship a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping costs for return pickups will be borne by us in eligible cases.
